Failed to provide vaccine informed consent, as well as refused vaccine injury care. This negligence led to the death of one of my family’s dogs and led to long term health effects in the other. Disappointed doesn’t even broach how we feel about someone we trusted with our companion’s lives.

I have very anxious pets, they are just horrible at the vet (sorry staff!), but the Rock Bridge team took them like a champ! Great customer and pet service, they did not deny my pets service even though they were grumpy and stressed. They prescribed meds and have great recommendations to ease stress for future appointments. They are VERY good and communicating any changes or concerns. They have been able to get me in the same week multiple times.

Literally the first vet my cat has ever seen and not needed to be sedated at. Also helped me figure out a cross country move with said anxious cat

I just started taking my huskies to Dr. Sappington. She is absolutely wonderful-so kind and knowledgeable. One of my huskies is severely overweight. My former veterinarian said he just needed exercise but Dr. Sappington asked extensive questions about his diet and physical activity, educated me on calorie intake, and tests we can run to ensure it is only a calorie deficit needed. Additionally, as I’m sure most of you dog lovers know, huskies are incredibly dramatic. He used to always cry with our former veterinarian but his very first blood draw with her, he didn’t cry once. They were very patient with him and made him feel safe and loved. I wish I would have taken my animals to her sooner. I’m so excited to get him on the right track! I highly recommend this location and doctor if you feel hopeless about your animal’s health.
